Website information is provided for general informational purposes. Submitting an inquiry or communicating through our chat widget does not create a construction contract or confirm an appointment.

Project scope, estimates, pricing, scheduling, payment terms, and any applicable warranties are established in the agreement or written confirmation for the particular project. These website Terms do not replace that agreement.

When you send a message through our chat widget after viewing its SMS consent notice, WOOD GROUP LLC may send informational SMS messages concerning your construction-service inquiry, estimates, appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling, and project updates. This program does not include promotional advertising messages.

SMS participation is voluntary. When you open our chat widget, you are shown a notice that by sending a message through the widget you authorize WOOD GROUP LLC to send informational SMS messages about your request. Your consent to receive SMS is given by sending your message through the widget after that notice is displayed.

Because the chat widget is the channel used to submit your inquiry, sending your message and consenting to SMS occur together through that single action. Providing your phone number, using our website, or accepting these Terms does not by itself enroll you in our SMS program; enrollment requires sending a message through the widget after the notice is shown. SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing services.

Message frequency varies depending on your inquiries, appointments, and projects.

Message and data rates may apply to messages sent and received. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your messaging or data plan.

You can cancel the SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from the program.

After you reply STOP, we will send a confirmation of your unsubscribe request. You will then receive no further messages from the program unless you enroll again.

To rejoin after opting out, return to our website's chat widget and complete the same SMS opt-in process again. Messages will resume only after you provide renewed consent.

SMS delivery depends on wireless coverage, network availability, and other factors. Delivery is not guaranteed.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
